HELMETS:
All riders are required to wear an ANSI, Snell, ASTM or CPSC-approved helmet while on their bicycle during the Head for the Hills Cedar Hill Bike Rally.

We allow Class 1 e-bikes. These are the bikes that only motorize when being pedaled and go about 20 mph max. And we ask that you be mindful of the self-pedaling cyclists on the road

RIDER WRIST BANDS:
Head for the Hlls will now use wrist bands instead of number bibs for riders. You will receive your wrist band at packet pickup. Wrist bands must be worn for the entire ride and to get beer and burger at finish line. Your wrist band will have the number to call if lost or in emergency.
